Purple House Canada is a welcoming community space where Palestinians, Jews, Israelis, Arabs, Muslims, and others come together to share meals, creativity, conversation, and uniquely Canadian experiences.
Through community gatherings, art, family activities, cultural exchange, sports, and nature, we create safe a non-political community space for people to meet beyond stereotypes and build genuine relationships. Our events are family-friendly, accessible, inclusive, and open to people of all backgrounds, identities, faiths, and cultures.
We believe that sharing everyday experiences is one of the most powerful ways to reduce prejudice, strengthen trust, and build lasting relationships across communities.

Learn the art of sewing tatreez or how to bake challah, paint together, or view a travelling art exhibit with art featured from Canadian Jewish / Israeli and Palestinian / Muslim / Arab artists.

Allow your kids to meet other little ones like them, but from a new or unique culture, background, faith or setting. All are welcome however you identify. Make sure the next generation has it better than ours, with more freedom and safety to express their culture.

Learn about another language in a safe and non-political setting, learn about cultural norms, ask questions in a safe space, and teach someone about your own cultural rituals.

We love to eat! Join a mother's day appreciation brunch or father's day buffet, or host your own potluck in your neigbourhood with our recipe guide.

Join a group doing a park garbage cleanup effort, plant a forest together, or pick a project that we can work on together for the planet.

Learn a new sport, get outside for a group hike, join a pickup soccer game, tour a botanical garden, or a joint meeting of run clubs

Donate your time, services or products to be used at events to deliver programming

Become a co-marketing partner to expand the community and broaden impact

Give 5 minutes of your time to fill out a few questions as it pertains to community building
